Step 1: Book the Appointment
Booking through the online calendar takes two minutes. During busy wedding seasons (April through July) or peak fall booking periods, popular time slots fill a week or two in advance. Book as soon as you know you need a suit.
The appointment costs nothing. No commitment to order required.
Step 2: The Appointment (45 to 90 Minutes)

By the end of the appointment, the fabric, colour, and all design details are decided. The order can be placed at the appointment or confirmed afterward.
Step 3: Production (5 to 6 Weeks)
Once the order is confirmed, production begins. The timeline is five to six weeks from order confirmation to delivery.
This is the manufacturing window. Fabric is ordered if not in stock, the pattern is applied to your measurements, the garment is cut, assembled, and finished.
When you order more than one suit, the first is produced ahead of the rest to confirm fit before the full order is completed. This means you receive fit confirmation earlier in the process.
Step 4: Delivery and First Try-On
When the garment arrives, you try it on. The fit should be correct. The garment was built from 21 measurements. In most cases it is right.

Your measurements are updated on file after every adjustment, so the next order is built from a more refined picture of your body.
Step 5: Adjustments (If Needed), 1 to 2 Weeks
If adjustments are required, allow one to two weeks for the alteration appointment and the work to be completed. This is the buffer you should plan for when working backward from an event date.
For a wedding or an important event, you want this adjustment window complete at least two weeks before the event. Not two days before.
Step 6: Wearing In
A new garment wears differently after a few uses than it does on the first wearing. If you have a high-stakes event, wear the suit once or twice in lower-stakes settings beforehand. This confirms fit under movement, helps the garment settle, and removes the self-consciousness that comes with wearing something for the first time.
