We start by talking about your work, your event, your build, and the life the clothing has to keep up with. This is what shapes every decision that follows.
The design session
Fabric, colour, lapel, lining, buttons. Every element is chosen with you. Nothing is off a rack.
21 measurements
We take 21 measurements and store them permanently on file. They are the foundation for this garment and every order after it.
Your style profile
Within 24 hours you receive a written style profile: your colour palette, your wardrobe gaps, and a 12-month build order. Yours to keep either way.
Production
Your garment is made in five to six weeks. If you order more than one suit, we rush the first one out to confirm the fit before we make the rest, so nothing is held up.
Delivery and adjustments
If anything needs adjusting when it arrives, we cover the cost and have it handled locally, and your measurements are updated on file. Reordering later takes seconds, since your cloth and measurements stay on file.
